Vedanest – Return & Refund Policy

At Vedanest, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the process for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

You have received an expired or tampered product.

The return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery.

💡 Note: Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used items unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used products

Products without original packaging, seals, or labels

Items purchased under special offers, clearance sales, or discounts (unless damaged/defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team via Vedanest@gamil.com within 24 Hours of receiving the order.

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Our team will verify eligibility and share return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

In case of payment gateway delays, processing time may be extended slightly.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund for damaged or incorrect items.

Replacement shipping costs will be borne by Vedanest for eligible cases.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may follow the return process after delivery.
