Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order ID.

💡 Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) unless specifically mentioned in promotions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time varies based on your location (usually 5–10 business days).

We use trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our health supplements:

Opened or used products are non-returnable.

Replacement is only applicable for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with proof (photos/videos).

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for eligible cancelled orders or defective product cases.

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
